Piercing Hole
This one-shot was strangely very poetic and beautiful. It ended up being a lovely story given to how short it was. The whole one-shot was very interesting and almost hypnotizing, I thoroughly did enjoy this. The art style was very simplistic but the way the story was worded helped add another depth to it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something very short yet sweet.

Yea ... I regret reading this, just not my cup of tea. Never again.
Itou-san (KURAKA Sui)
Wow, this was honestly pretty good. The whole concept was really interesting and I liked how the author executed it. The plot of the story was heartbreaking, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time wondering just how everything was going to play out, there was a few issues with pacing in later chapters but I'm not sure if it was the authors doing or more of the uploaders mistake. The art style was nice though, it is a pretty basic one, that follows a lot of classic manga style standards, but it was good. I loved the way the author drew their facial expression, especially Ito's eyes, the shock you would get when you see those few scenes with his eyes open CHILLS. Overall this was a good read, especially with heavy themes like prostitution and being controlled, the author made it work for the story. I'm not sure how I felt about the author erasing Kyousuke's memories, but I see that it was necessary if they wanted to give him the chance at a normal life, without those hardships and past traumas put on him. This type of genre is definitely not for everyone but I enjoyed it and would reccomend for anyone who is ok with these types of themes.
Hitori to Hitori no 3650nichi
This was generally a really heartbreakingly beautiful story. It really encompasses an example of a situation where a person cannot forgive themselves for what they did so they deal with that pain by hurting themselves, nicely. While this exact situation may not be real, the author definitely expressed those emotions of pain, retreat, and guilt through their writing very well. The dialogue between the characters and especially their facial expressions was on point and really helped add even more emotion and depth to the story. I also really loved the author's art style for both stories, it is briefly mentioned in the "authors comments" that they produced both stories within the span of 3 years. You could see how their art style changed and gotten better while at the same time still was able to maintain that aspect unique to this author. Overall I generally did enjoy reading this story, and it gave me my dose of sadness that I need once and a while when reading tons of BL's daily.
Kyuuhankagai Fukurokouji
This was ... an interesting read, it wasn't bad, it stayed true to the synopsis and delivered a nice story with a really depressing underlining. The original story was well done, I really liked the characters, and the way the author revealed everything was nice too. I especially loved the art, this particular author has a pretty distinct art style. I really loved the way they drew facial expressions, it just made everything hurt even more. Tbh tho those one-shots came outta nowhere and I was NOT ready for the first one, but the second one ... WILD. I would love to have a follow up story on that one. Once I realized what was going on, holy moly that was interesting. Overall this was a good read, it's not one of my favorite stories from this author but it definitely hit me in the feels for a bit.
Sei no Gekiyaku
Since this is technically "ongoing" I have no idea how this ends, HOWEVER, I did watch the live-action? The movie? IDK, whatever it's called I watched it, and tbh not my cup of tea. I think just seeing REAL actors acting out these kinds of situations just makes me ULTRA uncomfy. So I read the manga right after and have to say that I definitely enjoyed the manga more, HOWEVER, it still goes to stand that this is not my favorite genre so I didn't enjoy it as much as I have other manga. The plot was interesting but this is just not my thing.
Hitotsu Shikanai Mono
This was just a great story, I was prepared for the hurt and I got hurt and it was great. The plot was just really good in general, I'm a HUGE sucker for psychological manga, and I love seeing character development. I was prepared for Haruhi's twin to find out everything that had been happening, but we didn't so I was a little disappointed, I'm just weird like that and want to see pain :) but the story was still good none-the-less. The art was really nice too, I loved the character designs, they were just so pretty to look at. Overall this was a pretty good read, and I really enjoyed it.
