It's My Destiny To Be The Hero's Saviour
Pretty art. The plot started out similar to any shoujo reincarnation manhwas out there but the later chapters got more interesting. I'm interested to learn more about the world (in the middle of world building atm) and we haven't really interacted with the male lead yet. Hoping for a steady release of chapters in the future :>>
Wendy the Florist
Olivia was an illegitimate child from a count (?) family where her stepmother and stepsister basically treats her like trash whilst the father always turned a blind eye on whatever the other two does. After having witnessed Dylan (her only ray of sunshine in her miserable life at the time), kissing her stepsister, she decided to go through with her plan of throwing away her noble name and living as a commoner instead. While mourning for her broken heart, she met a fairy who was dying of hunger, she fed the fairy and it gave her a "seed" in return which made it possible for her to grow any plant as long as it is something she has seen before. With that, she lived as a commoner florist in the capital by the name of Wendy Waltz. A good story, it was a breeze to read through. At first I was considering to drop it because her and Rad's development was getting very very cliche (it was kinda getting annoying to see her trip all over the place like really?). However, I'm glad I was patient and read it 'til the end because the ending didn't feel rushed at all. The sweet moments that they had especially towards the end were so cute that I was actually screaming while reading it. I especially love the proposal where it calls back to their first kiss + connects with another thing that Wendy has said before about love. I also like the fact that the Isaac (CP) was like a bestie to the both of them lmao. I didn't like him very much at first but he grew on me by the end, honestly I wish we saw him getting married. It was just refreshing to see a manhwa where the Crown Prince is not a douche/didn't turn out to be a 2nd ML going to a yandere arc even though he's close to the FL. They're just good friends and we love to see it, good for them. Anyways, overall a pretty solid read. Although it isn't the best of this genre, it's still definitely one of the good ones.
The Evil Lady Will Change
It's so good T^T Definitely one of the best I've read in this genre, the only thing it left me with was that I wanted more! Usually these type of stories take soooo long to resolve misunderstandings, but this one has a couple that actually communicates and it made me so happy. Brief summary of the plot, Elizabeth was known as a villainess to everyone around her, one day she took on the important role of being sent off to get married to Lucaren, the "monstrous" archduke of the north (Amalilith) because her sister didn't want to get married to said man, stating she'd rather die. Eliza began her journey to the north while not thinking much about any of the complicated circumstances, but then finds out how different Ren was from the rumours, our ML also noticed the same from the FL. Time passed and they fell in love despite declaring that love might be difficult to give due them being a product of being married for convenience. Two main antagonists were the FLs family (except little bro) and Arundel. The sis was definitely shitty and she got what she deserved in the end, living the rest of her life regretting all the things she's done. I loved it so much, 10/10 would read again.
Taming the Lady
The stalker behaviour of the FL at first did not sit well with me. But at some point I realized that she's just an immature child and her actions weren't even that bad. The plot was actually getting interesting but it got ruined by a rushed ending :') I hoped that they'd tackle the issue more with the internal force of the book trying to put everything back in place again and the characters needing to act accordingly to how they were initially written. Overall I think it's an okay-ish story, I really wished they did something more for the ending but it is what it is. I'm still glad I gave it a try because the romance was actually pretty wholesome ngl
The Justice of Villainous Woman
The plot is pretty solid and it started off strong. But not gonna lie, it started getting boring at some point plus there's a lot of obvious plotholes. I kinda hoped that the 5th Prince wasn't treated as a second ML because he deserved so much more than that :') On the bright side, I like that the main couple made an impact to the history of the empire, their descendants followed in their footsteps as well. Meaning, the generational trauma within members of the royal family was basically cut off. I wish they could've discussed more about Satie's reasoning for making a deal to switch souls tho. What I hated the most for this story was the excessive narration. At first it was okay but then at some point it got really annoying, at least fix it so that only necessary bubbles are on the screen. Overall it's a pretty good read, even though towards the end the only thing that kept me going was that I wanted to see the babies lmao
The Golden Haired Elementalist
It's amazing. The plot, art, and the MC are all *chef's kiss* At the moment, we haven't really touched the "romance" aspect of the story, though Gennie and Ash have had some adorable moments that make me swoon. I'm hoping to see the Crowell family more (maybe see Geenie to finally find that connection to them since she deserves a happy family sm). This story is a mix of a lot of genres, it's funny but has cool moments as well. It made me sad that rn we're not sure what's the state of production for the manhwa (thank you for all the hardwork for the artist of S1-S3 tho because I genuinely fell in love with this story and the art). All I hope for now is that they find a new artist soon to continue this masterpiece <33 Here's to hoping that we get S4 soon ;-;
Survive as the Hero's Wife
AMAZING. The art, the story, also thay beautiful family portrait at the end, left me feeling all giddy inside after the 100+ chs of reading. It's not perfect and there are parts of the story that I wish would've been done differently. I wish instead of dwelling on that "twist" at the end with Oscar/Louis, we could've just focused more on developments with Sir Raya and Gracie, or maybe Carnelia and Caesar's Family. I wish we saw more of there post-coronation family life because the 4 side stories doesn't cut it for me *sobs* Still, I think this is a pretty solid read and I would recommend it, it's also quite high if I rate it when it comes to my willingness to reread.
Elena Evoy Observation Diary
I'm crying tears of joy, lowkey on copium for side stories since it hasn't been that long after the end chapter was posted. Please give me more FLUFF! MARRIAGE LIFE! BABIES IF POSSIBLE!! They both hold a special place in my heart and deserve that 5-star rating, 10/10 would re-read this masterpiece, both story and art are immaculate.
