Wendy the Florist
Olivia was an illegitimate child from a count (?) family where her stepmother and stepsister basically treats her like trash whilst the father always turned a blind eye on whatever the other two does. After having witnessed Dylan (her only ray of sunshine in her miserable life at the time), kissing her stepsister, she decided to go through with her plan of throwing away her noble name and living as a commoner instead. While mourning for her broken heart, she met a fairy who was dying of hunger, she fed the fairy and it gave her a "seed" in return which made it possible for her to grow any plant as long as it is something she has seen before. With that, she lived as a commoner florist in the capital by the name of Wendy Waltz. A good story, it was a breeze to read through. At first I was considering to drop it because her and Rad's development was getting very very cliche (it was kinda getting annoying to see her trip all over the place like really?). However, I'm glad I was patient and read it 'til the end because the ending didn't feel rushed at all. The sweet moments that they had especially towards the end were so cute that I was actually screaming while reading it. I especially love the proposal where it calls back to their first kiss + connects with another thing that Wendy has said before about love. I also like the fact that the Isaac (CP) was like a bestie to the both of them lmao. I didn't like him very much at first but he grew on me by the end, honestly I wish we saw him getting married. It was just refreshing to see a manhwa where the Crown Prince is not a douche/didn't turn out to be a 2nd ML going to a yandere arc even though he's close to the FL. They're just good friends and we love to see it, good for them. Anyways, overall a pretty solid read. Although it isn't the best of this genre, it's still definitely one of the good ones.
Ai wo Oshiete Naka Made Hogushite
Minami is an author who writes yaoi novels. One day after feeling the after-effects of sitting in front of a computer all day, he decided to look for a massage service online. What he failed to realize however was that the website he found were meant to provide other "services" to their customers. Long story short, a massage therapist named Daichi came, they did the deed, then Minami fell for him after Daichi confesses how much he looks up to Minami as an author. But, Minami had low self-esteem which lead to a couple of misunderstandings due to the lack of communication between both ends. There was also an obsessive side-character that added fuel to the fire since he wanted Daichi for himself. The ending was cute, they met again after a little time skip. Honestly a pretty chill read, although it's mostly smut lmao (the art is great though ngl) but still the leads were adorable. The other guy which was obsessed with Daichi seemed to have gotten a happy ending for himself too. Good for him. I mean, he met someone at the end which I hope would help him with his problems. A thing to note as well, it's so nice to see how healthy this couple is after clearing the misunderstanding. That last panel where Minami looks a lot more healthy and lively than when he was first introduced paired with Daichi's beautiful smile, marked the ending for this story pretty nicely imo. I can peacefully HC how they'll have many years in the future filled with love and joy.
Life Senjou no Bokura
This is beautiful. Akira (seme) was a jerk for some time but in the end he and Yuuki got their happy ending. I cried when he died but at least they had a lot of time together before that happened. Yuuki ended up living a bit longer before dying due to age as well then they met each other again in heaven and I'm just T^T it's so good please my heart is so full rn Side note, that ending reminds me of what happened in The Tale of the Yellow Dragon which is another story I love hehe~
Razoku no Hanayome
At first it was kind of embarrassing to read since the plot feels like a very horny fever dream. However, it's actually such a cute story and I love how the people of the nudist tribe aren't portrayed as "barbarians" as opposed to usual tribesmen stereotypes. The relationship between Lodi and Michiru is so cute I love it T^T The side couple is adorable as well and I looove that all kinds of relationships are accepted for the people of the tribe. Overall, a fun short read with cute and fluffy story as well as good smut.
Arima-san wa omega ni naritai
A nice read, the relationship between the two leads has no toxicity whatsoever. It's a story that'd make you feel light and fluffy inside after reading. Also, Ayumo is adorable, he's so precious especially when he's trying to comfort his mama T^T
Angel Buddy
I LOVED IT!! Just the right amount of drama, comedy, and angst hehe~ The MCs (Sooho and Taker) are also so adorable, I love their dynamics and the fluffy scenes. That smut for the special chapter was great and steamy too, they're so cute please :') Sooho has always hated his ability to see ghosts which he inherited from his mother. Until one day he meets an angel whom he accidentally broke the wings of. Taker (the angel) from then on used his broken wing as an excuse to stay with Sooho. Time passed and the two developed feelings for each other (they're both totally whipped). No misunderstandings between the two except a few hiccups along the way due to the complicated situation in which an angel is getting it on with a human y'know. There's also the issue where Sooho has a very strong soul so angels are naturally bound to take interest in him (to take his soul aka k word him) though that situation was resolved easily due to Sooho being very understanding about it and he can probably see how much Taker loves him. Even the supposed "villain" of the story is actually kind of a good guy lmao. It's a happy ending + there isn't smut in the main story but the last two chs which are side stories contain smut. All in all a very solid read, I liked it a lot and would gladly re-read it again.
The Wolf in the Flower Shop
SO CUTE!! Apparently some people were uncomfy with the age gap but I'm pretty sure there was a line where Riku said that Takashi isn't that much older than him. I don't really see Takashi as a type of dude who'd take advantage of others, if anything he's kinda the perfect BF for someone like Riku. Honestly, it's cute that he didn't get what Riku was trying to say during his "confession" and that little incident made me like their dynamics more. A lovely story and the kids are adorable as well ^^
My Suha
Amazing story, in my opinion the author did really well with the plot setup and the story-telling because this thing really played with my emotions. It started off really chill with a light and fluffy story and some steamy smut but then towards the end of S2 it started going to a dark turn It's interesting because I was very very uncomfortable with Jiwoon's obsessive tendencies with Suha but I couldn't hate him. Not after seeing what he went through in that house (the poor kid). In the end he never wanted to hurt Suha, on the contrary, he was actually quick to admit his faults (unlike some other characters I've seen which refuses to see their own mistakes). All he needed was some time to think and he managed to sort out his own thoughts in the correct manner and I love that, I guess that's why I just couldn't hate him even though he scared me from what he was doing. This kind of mindset also made me understand why Suha willingly forgave him. Lastly about the ending, it was beautiful to see them saying "I love you" to each other so genuinely after all was said and done. That revelation about Jiwoon's parents made me hate them honestly. I made peace with myself that maybe they left Jiwoon cuz they thought they won't be able to provide for him. But then, they ended up having more children and I'm just like- wtf?? They never thought of at least checking on him? That explanation wasn't enough either, they had so much opportunities to try reaching out to him when he was younger, then maybe he wouldn't have so much psychological scars T^T I actually liked that he didn't accept them again, I think they deserve it IDK I just think I'd be so hurt if I was in his situation seeing that the parents I coveted so much throughout suffering such hell growing up actually had other children that they probably showered so much love as they grew up. That sucks y'know that they didn't even check on him after 20 something years. Overall the story was great and now I'm waiting for side-stories ^^
