I’m the Male Lead’s Girl Friend
Ian × Louise It's cute, the phasing is kinda wonky but the story ended in a good note. I'm honestly sad for Simon because I think he deserves so much, but I'm happy that the friendship between the three of them was so strong and it lasted 'til the end. Not gonna lie, this was the first story where going poly actually crossed my mind, but alas it never happened. In the end, it was still a good read although there are some things that I wish could be improved. We got a happy ending :>>
Nano Machine
martial arts manhwa, it's so good! very interesting! didn't think I'd be invested in it since I don't read this genre much but I actually found this to be very entertaining, looking forward to what else it has in store in the future ^^
The Evil Lady Will Change
It's so good T^T Definitely one of the best I've read in this genre, the only thing it left me with was that I wanted more! Usually these type of stories take soooo long to resolve misunderstandings, but this one has a couple that actually communicates and it made me so happy. Brief summary of the plot, Elizabeth was known as a villainess to everyone around her, one day she took on the important role of being sent off to get married to Lucaren, the "monstrous" archduke of the north (Amalilith) because her sister didn't want to get married to said man, stating she'd rather die. Eliza began her journey to the north while not thinking much about any of the complicated circumstances, but then finds out how different Ren was from the rumours, our ML also noticed the same from the FL. Time passed and they fell in love despite declaring that love might be difficult to give due them being a product of being married for convenience. Two main antagonists were the FLs family (except little bro) and Arundel. The sis was definitely shitty and she got what she deserved in the end, living the rest of her life regretting all the things she's done. I loved it so much, 10/10 would read again.
The Justice of Villainous Woman
The plot is pretty solid and it started off strong. But not gonna lie, it started getting boring at some point plus there's a lot of obvious plotholes. I kinda hoped that the 5th Prince wasn't treated as a second ML because he deserved so much more than that :') On the bright side, I like that the main couple made an impact to the history of the empire, their descendants followed in their footsteps as well. Meaning, the generational trauma within members of the royal family was basically cut off. I wish they could've discussed more about Satie's reasoning for making a deal to switch souls tho. What I hated the most for this story was the excessive narration. At first it was okay but then at some point it got really annoying, at least fix it so that only necessary bubbles are on the screen. Overall it's a pretty good read, even though towards the end the only thing that kept me going was that I wanted to see the babies lmao
The Rogue Prince Is Secretly an Omega
THAT CLIFFHANGER URGHHH HOW COULD YOU END THE SEASON LIKE THAT *CRIES* Edit: the note says it's gonna get spicy, merry christmas to me ig because YES I'VE BEEN THINKING SPICY SCENES WOULD MAKE THIS SM BETTER
Shouwaru Boukun Kishu to Nagasare Senba
This is so bizarre, Alexei is actually a person who reincarnated as a horse. Thankfully he turns human later on but the thought that he's a horse still lingers at the back of my head from time to time. His relationship with Felix is kinda cute and gave me a good laugh though. Hopefully it gets updated soon, because they're just starting to actually gain developments in a relationship beyond "horse and his human master."
Willow love story
This turned out to be darker than I expected it would be. Sangyul went through so much hardship, he truly deserved to have someone like Reok by his side. They make each other feel complete so what more can I ask for? It's quite refreshing to find this gem where the seme is a green flag within the sea of red for omegaverse alphas, both of them need big hugs from what they had to go through to survive in life so I'm so happy seeing that wedding scene at the end (and the babies too from the author's twt QwQ). Something else that I really liked from this story was how we were showed the effects of trauma on Sangyul and how he slowly got the courage to find himself again through the support of the people around him. The only gripe I have about this would be the pacing. It got a bit wonky towards the end where it felt as if there's still so much to unpack but only a small number of chapters left to go through. After completing the whole thing though, the way it ended didn't feel too abrupt. I wouldn't have minded seeing more fluff between Sangyul and Reok + married life too but oh well.
Gorani Jeon
Bau is a farmer who lives alone deep within the mountains. Everyday, he offers rice wine to the mountain god and prays for the day to come where he meets his mate (and for the misfortune of a certain sht noble who keeps bothering him whenever he goes to town). One night, after concluding that the strange noises outside his home must be the musk deer that keeps munching on his crops, decided that he'd settle the score with this pesky deer once and for all. But instead of a deer, he found a beautiful naked man laying unconscious which he mistakes for a tiger because of the tiny fangs sticking out of its mouth. Remembering the story his grandmother used to tell him, he decided that this tiger (deer) is his ideal mate and so he took him in, fed him, clothed him, just anything to make the tiger (deer) stay. It's honestly a very adorable story, very lighthearted and fluffy, plus they showed us the preggo stage which is usually skipped in most mpreg. A nice read if you want something cute with lots of fluff and a bit of childcare. I love that Bau (uke) is actually a strong and independent person (not conforming to omegas being weak/helpless as a stereotype), you can be independent and still want a lover yk. Ran (seme) being a deer is so interesting as well, usually it's either felines or canines lol
