I've read other sub/Dom verse stuff where it's mentioned that some people have romantic partners and a separate play partner for some reason or another. This is actually the first time I'm seeing it in a main couple though! Usually it just magically works out somehow so this is a lot more interesting. That all said I stand by a previous comment I made that Rui really doesn't have any idea what he's actually into. But chances are he's probably not into hardcore playing and he's so sensitive they honestly should just break up since even the 'present yourself' command scared him. Actually I find him a little unreasonable since his partner seems to be the only one making concessions since holding himself back to what Rui can handle must have been incredibly frustrating. And I don't think discussion would have helped because Rui strikes me as the type to have flipped out instead of talking seriously and tried to put himself in a dangerous situation to stop him. This discussion needed to happen after Ritsu leveled himself with play rather than while he was in a bad way imo. To be honest I see both sides. I actually want to see them break up and then they can each get a spinoff to find a suitable person.
