『Fangtasia』's manga / #age gap(120)

This is one of the oneshots in the Deeps (Anthology). Wow, what a twist!! He basically did what was done to him. Nocturnal Flight I like. It's dark, gritty, and does not take you to a place of healing. However, it also does not make any pretense at being loving and healing. I haven’t had read anything so consciously messed up in such a long while. Like this isn’t passing off rape as sex or glamorizing it in any way; it’s out right showing how predatory behavior takes place, and how violence is perpetuated, without sugar coating it, and how cycles of violence are not only put into motion but are re-enforced as well. Recently, I have also come to be more invested in the question of how such instances can be/should be shown.

I found this after watching the anime adaptation so starting where the anime left off.

I really like this shoujo manga. It's not like your typical shoujo manga out there that you can't tell the characters even have a character. Every character has their unique voice in this and it makes me enjoy reading it.
