It's worth reading it just for the side stories where we can see the kid arc. Why is no one talking about the fact the seme forcefully impregnated the uke and tried to forcefully abort it. Even ignoring that the story is mid and their relationship is frankly not that interesting. The blood demon/martial arts in the story is barely touched upon.

Uke tried hiding his feelings cuz he was trynna kill him, Seme let it go cuz he couldn’t kill him even though he knew he betrayed him. “Have you never, not once wavered in your resolve to kill me?” Master piece. Seme is basically calling ukes bluff. Like kill me now if I’m wrong. Oooo the Romeo & Juliet tension/drama. No Time to Die by Billie Elliesh fits so well with that chapter.

Definitely watch the anime too if you are reading this or have finished it. Pure gold.
