Our ML is really possesive: he can’t keep his fingers away from the FL, and when they both happen to have the titled 3 h to spend waiting on a buss, and fool around at that love hotel, he doesn’t try penetrative sex at all. Not then, not later, not until she comes running to his apartment one evening and heartbrokenly ask why he’s transferring away and leaving her, saying she’ll follow him...that’s when they both have consensual sex. Before that though, they did intercrurial sex IN THEIR BOSS’ OFFICE BECAUSE ML IS FRIKKIN JEALOUS OF THE ATTENTION FL IS GETTING FROM SAID BOSS. In the first (1 yen man) the straight detective falls for the gay emotionally supercold/romantically superakward (tsundere) stock broker and has to make him realize what being in a loving relationship can be. The second couple is about friends-to-lovers, and the straight salaryman just wants to shower his lover with care and sexual pleasure, because his partner keeps on doing it to him, but is hindered by the man in question. What’s odd about that story is that THERE’S NO HESITATION from the salaryman as to whether or not reciprocate the seme’s 10 years of unrequited love. He just accepts them right away. In the last one, the ex-boyfriend from the first story finally get together with his unrequited love from his late father’s yakuza organization. This couple does try to talk it out BEFORE they proceed to having a sexual relationship, so they’re ”better” than the other couples in the book. Reread 6.4.2022
