Story about a prince that lives in Saudi Arabia, I think. Satoshi is a fragile research student who immerses himself so much in his research, that he often forgets to eat and sleep. He has a pet-master relationship with Izumi, his junior at the same lab, a relation which they themselves and people around them are aware of.

guy buys a doll that when feels that its loved becomes an human. the owner falls in love with the doll, but a friend of his destroys the doll. after years the owner manages to put the pieces all back together and the fall in love.
