Are all of these chapters just a long promo? Cause whut?

I feel like the seme should be green but he's actually not. He feels like a "man" to me, the men that I see in the real world, not the dream-like version of men written by women. He just wants to marry someone who will take care of him for a lifetime, feel superior to them, and when he does do some housework he feels like he's "helping" their spouse when it's actually a shared responsibility.
