i found the story interesting at the start, but it eventually became like another one of those melodramatic k-dramas where i stop taking it seriously midway. in this case, that moment was when chisoo's personality took a complete 180 for no apparent reason. it was good that the two main characters split up after everything that happened, but i couldn't care about their ending. jungkwon and kangjin had more chemistry with the other characters than with each other, and they're both very... complicated. people are throwing a lot of shit at jungkwon, but personally, kangjin is the shallowest character among all of them. his motivations revolve around being fatherless and acting recklessly for the sake of love, with literally no external factors being affected by the terrible decisions he makes (seriously, it didn't even look like this guy attempted suicide at the start) despite being involved with the alleged most dangerous man among the gangsters in the city or something. i just couldn't like him at all.
