This takes place in a world where people have either a dom or sub affinity. (Much like how you get alphas and omegas) doms are able to command and dominate/praise their subs, subs dont really have a choice when it's a command. The uke is a prison warden and a sub but really doesn't want to be and tries to take suppressants.
