Squala (it's not the right name but it reminded me of it) comes to Japan as an exchange student even tho he is from a native tribe deep in the jungle so....
Ryo has to take take care of him and they develop feelings for each other. When everything is going well Ryo learns that the purpose of Squala visiting was not to learn Japanese but to find a wife and make children so he can proudly lead the the tribe and also produce heirs. However they both manage to convince Squala's relatives and friends to let them marry each other and have someone else be the chief. After a few hardships (not only involving this problem) the whole situation clears up and Ryo and Sqaula are a happily married couple.
