When the Villainess Loves
I liked the lighthearted beginning, it was nice and fun. But then they introduced Daniel, and for me things just went downhill from there. The things that i started reading the story for either get neglected over time, or their solutions just get glossed over. They then focus all their attention on the exceedingly cliche, tall, dark and mysterious, but could kill you, is controlling and knows everything somehow? male lead…. Daniel. It makes me sad, cuz i really enjoyed reading this. And i got really invested in the characters - their wants their dreams etc. Therefore it took a while for me to realise i just couldn’t keep reading this anymore… it’s just lost all that made it enjoyable to read for me. All the plots and reason why i started reading it, just disappeared over time…. And all of the plots just felt lazily ended in an unsatisfying way. It feels like the author got bored, and just wanted to speed things up, or perhaps just focus allot more on Daniel and the “romance” between him and the mc? Either way, I’m leaving this story with disappointment, or well… like a bad aftertaste? I probably won’t reread it. Best regards.
