Himegoto Asobi
This has been one of the best mangas I have ever read. This story stayed on topic and it was not short like the other stories I read so far. The story line was great and Sakuragi Yaya-sensei did an excellent job with this work. It wasn't rushed and it was thought out thoroughly. The illustrations were great as well. This manga is a must read and you will not be disappointed.
Bokura no Shokutaku
--«»-- "I wish I could laugh & eat with relish too.." --«»-- Since Yutaka's a kid, people around have complained it's boring eating with him. One day at the park, suddenly there's a boy stares at him eating with stomach *Growls*. It turns out the kid really loves the rice ball bomb Yutaka made & comes back with big bro to ask how to make & also invite him to eat at home together. * ゚・✿ヾ(´▽`✿)ゝ
Koishite Daddy
Satou, a straight businessman with a kindergarten-aged son, falls for Takahashi, his gay neighbour, who loves children. Takahashi has endured censure and abuse, and Satou and his cute son had to deal with abandonment by his ex-wife, so they both bring their baggage to the relationship, and this manga shows how they deal with it and master their instincts. Satou is a little more authoritarian than I like in men, and I almost dropped the story at one point where he crosses the line, even if his first concern is for his son. The story is so fearsomely earnest and tries so hard to be wholesome and sweet almost into maudlin territory, it's difficult to stay offended for long. A lot of Kitazawa Kyou's stories tend to dance on the edge of that place where the autocratic seme almost overwhelms the compliant and good-hearted uke, so this is clearly a power dynamic preference of the mangaka's. It isn't mine, though, but this time, Kyou doesn't let the story go too far.
Shoushin Otoko ni Haru no Arashi
younger seme x older uke! a middle aged man who gave up on his dreams of being photographer got acquainted with the neighbors eldest son and in time the two fell inlove with each other. thus their fun and not so fun days have started together
Ii Ko Ii Ko Shiteageru
Firstly, idk what to say... Arashi looks so childishly cute that seeing him getting pounded into by tone who physically appears to be too matured for his own age made me feel like i'm committing a great sin??? Hsbxjdnjd welp. On top of that, i think it is beautiful that as they gradually overcome tgt their issues, they also came to terms with their feelings for e/o and decided to be honest about it.
ROUGE (KATSURA Komachi)
Ch.1-4, 7 Rouge - True Love with Impressive Friendship of Yakuza as a background.. • Ch.1 Good Punch!! That'll definitely turn him into your Seme! HA+ (>‿O)v • Ch.2 Woah! This Pretty Uke's sooo Cool, can beat 4 armed-guys in no time! (♡‿♡)⋆゚ • Ch.3 "God's no longer here. But beside me.. A hot headed idiotic ordinary man(who truly loves me) remains." - Ai's weeping while Nagato holding his hand, sends Yamato off. (ಥ_ಥ) Touched~♡ • Ch.4 As if it's Ai's first Time! And it's not only 'Having Sex' but 'Making Love'.. ➽ Yamato impressed me with how he has given Ai place to belong, looked after him well all along & even tried to find him friend/guardian(Nagato) preparing for his graduation! With this kind of generous habit, he'll definitely become a great Yakuza boss! ('‿'҂)9 ➽ I like all extras which sweeten their love life & show how nice of Nagato as the Seme. 【】Related Series 1 Rouge [Prequel] – A new transfer student Nagato falls for a pretty yet wild boy, Ai. 2 La Vie en Rose [Sequel] – After Yamato graduated, Nagato becomes the head of Yashima. 3 Aka To Kuro/Le Rouge et le Noir [Spin Off] - story of Yukio & Yamato 4 Le Rouge et le Noir: Extra – Slice of life of both pairs Ch.5-6 Love in waiting for its turn. - A priest Ryuta did whatever for fun; alcohol, cigarettes, women & gambling, met a well-behaved gay Haruna at a bar gay. For some reason they became lover but that filthy priest cheated on him even in Haruna's apartment! Otameshi Delivery Lover
At first, I was doubtful about the 2nd story's dark haired careless freeloader. He's useless, he's lazy, and he just decided that out of instinct, he'd like to sleep with the bar owner, his reason being that anyone would do at that point. He just sounded so trashy and frivolous, not the type you'd depend on anything. However, after seeing the next chapter, he had begun to redeem himself, in a way. Well, it's thanks to the bar owner, but now he's making a change. He's finally working and is actually good at bringing in customers. Not only does that raise his value in himself, but it decreases the trouble he brings about by just not taking care of himself or doing things right. Finally, he's doing something in exchange for the priviledges he's given, instead of taking it for granted, even as he lives in someone else's home. Not only is he starting to work, he started being more serious, too. Instead of just "you'll do" it's become more like, "I want it to be you". He's trying to improve himself, and he's become genuinely interested in the bar owner. I appreciate his resolve. He's not the most awesome person, but I've seen some characters in stories who are like him and don't bother changing themselves. Even worse if they're dense. His core personality of being carefree and lazy hasn't really changed, but the fact that he's decided to work harder and have come to seriously like someone means he's changed considerably, from thinking it's a pain to work(when in the first place he was relying on someone to give him food and shelter for nothing) to thinking he'd like to work harder if it means making the bar owner happy. An example of a guy I can't help but think about in here is Rock, of Harvest Moon DS (and DS cute (for girls)). He's the village's local playboy, and is so full of himself. He lives in an inn with his mom, and doesn't do anything to help out. No, seriously, he spends him time wondering, daydreaming, and admiring himself. when he marries the girl who likes him (Lumina, the rich girl who lives in a golden mansion and is teased by him) He doesn't do anything -his lifestyle doesn't change, he just got richer.
Between the Sheets (HASHIMOTO Aoi)
Ichise is the entitled and ebullient president of a hotel chain, and he becomes enamored of a bartender, Aoba, who runs a small establishment and likes to keep his distance from customers. But Ichise is breaks down his defenses by luring him with dates at high-end restaurants. This manga is a delightful hot mess, although not because there is anything particularly outrageous about it. Initially I was sure I was going to give it 4-5 stars for its characters, the dynamic in the relationship, and the fact that it was building a nice story about sex friends who become lovers. However, while the things that I like about this story remained throughout, it became downright sloppy in its pacing and storytelling after a strong start. The vascillation between being sex friends and lovers doesn't track the actual development the manga shows in its characters, and so in the middle it appears to be going in circles. While the ending is satisfying, the buildup it establishes in the first two volumes gives way to a "hot and cold" dynamic that is inconsistent and stagnant. There is still a lot to enjoy in this manga: a uke who loves sex, the setup, and the hot sex scenes. Nevertheless, this is an example of what could have been an exemplary story ruined by bad pacing (a good editor could have fixed this). I recommend checking this out for excellent smut featuring a fun couple of characters who, even when the story becomes repetitive, are still fun to watch. No rape/dubcon
