The coworker has also aged, but not Atsushi (or Hiiro, obviously) which is why the coworker did not believe it could be him. More story showing how their relationship evolved would have been awesome but I’m good with this ending.

Awe. This was cute. They were such a cute couple. All of them were!!! It was a good ending for that story, even though I would've loved to see more of them. But....I think a sequel would be great. Because.... I feel so sorry for the actual father. He lost everyone he loved, and it really wasn't his fault. I can see Harrison's point of view too. That'd be some hate hard to let go of, even after knowing the whole truth. Especially if it threatens him having Will. But I'd like to have seen him get a happier story. He looked like he was still alone even after all those years later. His character looked like a genuinely good guy. My heart breaks for him. If it wasn't for that sadness, this whole story would be all ending "feel good". Which would be even more awesome!!! Thanks to the translators, and uploaders!
