hmmm i know shizume loves tomo, we can see it in how he acts when they're alone. maybe this would really work with someone as patient as tomo, or someone that is genuinely okay with being strangers with their lovers out in public. Or if they are also closeted or has a trauma that resulted in them being okay with pretending they're not lovers when there are other people around. But I know I can't.
