For this GEM of a manhwa?!!! It's funny, intelligent, has spirituality, a BAD-ASS female lead AND a romance that's actually BELIEVABLE! As I've said before DON'T TRUST RATINGS!- Cos this should be 9.something AT LEAST!!!

Better FL proportions than usual in this genre. ️Setting: Initially South Korea, then US inspired main location. Modern times. FL: After the loss of her sister, she takes a risk and flies to Eden City to find the biological father of her nephew. Her sister left a diary and she is following that for clues, but she seems to go against most of what her sister advises in it. She is a risk taker if it's for her family. She has just recovered from a major illness and has a number of debts from her treatment and inherited debts from her mum. ML: He is ruthless, cunning and slightly petty. Everyone seems to obey and fear him. He is curious about the FL's innocent demeanour.

She is pursuing her dream of becoming a surgeon after her mother died in the hospital she now works in. Her dad has never helped her and thinks very little of her. She's determined, strong and will work her butt off to accomplish her dreams. ML: One of the youngest ever Professors within the hospital. A surgeon who is known to be a tyrant. He is renowned for being a genius, blunt and coming from an incredibly wealthy background.
