This is objectively very bad and pretty fucked up, however I read it at a way to young age and now its nostalgic. I fucking love it so much. It's so bad

The rape between the main two was completely unnecessary like the story would have progressed the same way with out it. That was adding rape just to add rape. The manga itself is incredible tho lol.
