256. Starts pretty well and actually quite philosophical and thought provoking but it becomes a bit boring after a while.

Time loop isekai... This is foul and darker than the first chapter tells, and it gets worse and worse. There's use of rape for vengeance almost every other chapter amongst other torture methods.
