Dropped at 18. The rape to love keeps being bullshit, but at least they try to talk about the panic attacks and ptsd after it.

Wow, this is so sick and twisted and fucked up. Too much rape, torture, other rape, gang rape and more torture. there's maybe 2 scenes of consensual sex in the whole story, and the majority of the 70 Chapters has some sexual stuff in it. Still, it's not romanticized and it clearly told for the fucked up story it is, they are not hiding the truth or narrating rape as a form of love.

so... I would say it's a deep, realistic, complicated story. I would put it under the horrorgenre. Definitely not romance. What's described here is not love. It's possession, jealousy, hormones, manipulation.
