I'm pretty sure the author was going for a yandere type seme. It's cute and I would like to see more yandere characters in yaoi now!

Maybe if there wasn't like 20 relationships going on I'd enjoy the world building more! The whole concept of having that animal spirit is amazing! My fav relationship was the half mermaid in the mansion and the teacher! There's so many relationships in this dang manga AND it's not gonna update because its licensed. I felt like the focus on the first couple completely disappear once the author started to jump back and forth in time. This book requires patience and focus cause as soon as you zone out BOOM! We talkin about the mc father falling in love with his half brother's dad @_@

It was definitely a possessive seme and unstable uke situation. Interesting pairing! And yeah they definitely were made for each other lol. 3.5 out of 5 stars (it could’ve been worse or more toxic but thankfully wasn’t)

Ah ha! This is definitely the next book I’ll buy!! The plot was so wholesome and unique plus, I got emotional as heck. I loved that Jin had an amazing support group and it just made my day better when his parents were so accepting <3 if only everyone could have amazing parents and friends like Jin had :) also the little bird plushies in the book were too CUTE!!
