Spoiler review below line: there's a nice pee scene if you enjoy that, and it's very sexy except I feel uncomfortable when the uke's stomach is growling from hunger yet the seme insists on sex instead. Feed him first then have sex, stupid seme! LOL Headache-ey, Low blood sugar sex doesn't appeal to me.
