Chp98 wow the story’s ended idk how to feel about it. It just feels like it just happened and ended like…idk feels a little anticlimactic for some reason Update; just read the comments and ya, it’s not only me that feels like it’s rushed and anticlimactic. Chp100 yep they changed the ending completely. It’s a new story now…sorta. But I don’t think it’s super bad. At least they explained why and how they were possessed in this novel and what happened to every other Edith and etc. it’s okay I guess. Also like that og Rize/Lize/Reeze is actually a kind hearted soul (to some extent). Chp83 dude they dumb down a lot of the hardcore stuff!!! It’s so annoying!!! I remember in the novel, during the execution scene, Lize was trying to make Edith not give up but Edith misunderstood Killeon’s gaze and literally chooses to be killed by Killeon. I think Killeon did take his sword and get close to her but he did a juke and was actually trying to save her instead (I think he cut the ropes tying her?). But in the manhwa, they make it so the princess and Duke do all the talking and Lize is nowhere to be seen. Also I think they changed Lize’s story. She reincarnation those Edith’s because she was bored of the same repetition, not whatever this was. Lize was a literal psychopath. Chp75 ya they defo changed a lot. Also did the art subtly change? Like smth about it just seems.. idk Guess who finally read the novel after being so impatient! And it’s a masterpiece mwah mwah I’m still gonna read to see how the story unfolds in the manhwa. The meeting with the princess changed. In the novel, if I remember correctly, it was at the national ball. But in here, it’s way earlier than that. I guess they wanted Edith to get the princess without Killian but I liked the novel version cause it showed how Killian was barely getting controlled anymore and can nearly freely love Edith the way he wants to, and can take her side without her having to fight for it. I mean they are also showing it kinda in the manhwa, and I guess the earlier meeting was more to spite on Lize at the national ball to show there’s a “balanced” affection for the two from the princess. Oh well, we’ll see how it goes. I kinda wanna reread the novel again <3 it’s my fav now <3
