The blonde guy is such a pain in the ass, He is a classic Mary sue, not worth the time.

I Hate the FL, she said "she's a victim too" but she benefits from the ML being brainwashed. I may have not been her choice, but she wants him to continue being brainwashed. Its disgusting! And to top it all off, she is a stupid character, she does nothing fo the dukes estate, she does nothing to help him in his everyday life. Fuck her

Boring, all of this could be solved through good communication. Trying to make a story around miscommunication is dry, drawn out and boring.

Too much background going on. World building is poor. Weird evil and despicable family. Cool power, underutilized though. Very little revenge. Too many characters. Not that good of a read so far.

Nothing really happens...
