The Villains’ Favorite Is Me
This has more faults than a somewhat shitty translation work. There are random af decisions from characters that hardly make any sense, RANDOM AF scene changes where they should NOT be and the writing (what I CAN judge anyway) is really just lackluster and uninteresting. Neither the characters nor the story are interesting. We have seen this multiple times already but this lacks making even the MC interesting. So I'd honestly not recommend this.
The Admiral's Monster Wife
The writing and the sudden scene skipping as well as the fact that there are MANY moments in which the author does not let emotions develope enough or settle in is very much hinting at this being a newcomer to comics. The art too is sometimes randomly chibi-fied, which is supposed to indicate a lighter mood or funny moment but...that was NOT the appropriate choice at that moment. It's not bad but not good either, but certainly a decent first attempt that can yield some experience for the creator on how to do things. Now, the STORY, that aspect is incredibly interesting and I am inclined to go read the novel if there is one. Because I think it'll be a better read than the comic tbh. Both the MC and the ML are lovely in terms of personality and design and the overall plot is really intruiging BUT can be seen as rushed and boring at times because of the faults I first listed. I like it and hope the author gathers more experience and creates better comics in their future too. Preferably stories like these, who's plot we have NOT seen a million times. X'D It's a nice read, especially for less experienced readers, but even seasoned ones can enjoy it if they go into it with the newcomer aspect kept in mind. :)
I Got Married to a Duke Called Beast
Princess Shuden
The plot is interesting, but sadly, very sadly, the execution is terribly rushed and jumbles all over the place. Scenes are terribly cut up and pieced together in the same annoying way over and over again (which wouldn't be bad if you did it once or twice but it's basically 99% of the time a conversation gets interesting, things skip time and when the info of the convo is then needed, we see a 'flashback' of the part of the convo that we were previously deprived of...you can do that once or twice to make things mysterious, but...not in every conversation or every second one...it's obnoxious and doesn't add anything good to the story). The pacing is incredibly rushed. Many key details, about the characters, the plot, the plot devices and more are just skipped entirely. It's like someone drew a comic based on a re-telling/rough summary of a story and treated said re-telling like a manuscript...which is NOT how you make a good story, btw. Also, the grammar really, REALLY needs to be checked. Or rather, i think people translated this literally instead of understanding the story, because many sentences are vague despite having a need for a certain clarity, some sentences or words are out of place (which is easy to tell in certain moments) and all in all the translations being a bit like too literally taken Google translations...it makes it less interesting to read. Simply because you always have to wonder "What exactly does that even mean?" or "Is that REALLY what the character said??". It takes the fun out of things quickly. :( The art is nice and the story interesting, but I find myself less interested in the story the more these issues keep going...and I don't think they will ever end tbh.
The Maid and Her Favorite King of Darkness
I'd be interested in more stories like this. It's really nice to see an isekai'd person be needed by the big impressive ML instead of them just getting a contract marriage, forced marriage or possessive love, yada yada, etc.. XD
The Lost Cinderella
