soooooooooo. this book was pretty much as impactful as a december shower. will drench you to the bones, maybe be the highlight of the day, then end just as fast. but you'll be refreshed and touched somewhere in your heart for a long time and think about it in the future anyway. these 2 were..... well absolute fools, this was what you'd name "young foolish love" but it puts so much FLAVOUR into the label that im just gonna use it affectionately for them. young and foolishly in love. but hey you got reincarnated into hot ppl with matching bdays so good for u lol. okay obviously im so so happy for them but im most attached to granma so i feel so shitty remembering how she was left behind.... i mean its not like 2 accused criminals could keep staying with n taking care of her but still. anyway happy ending was really welcome yay also their glow up as 30 yr olds was so lovely. wonder why we didnt get clarification on the 1988 case tho, that was a huge shame. will buy some chaps on lezhin.

started off 4 stars but now this is nothing but 5/5 wow first of all dark haired strong ALPHA bottom and a beta top holy shit. they're both hot doing hot jobs and each other,,,,, plot was cool, i hope it continues. i dont feel averted toward lean for being obsessed or eric for bathing in it. i couldn't find it in me to hate either lol. ofc i was rubbed off the wrong way by lean from the start but after his self outing he was and always has been so,,,, genuine in his feelings. i can't hate him and i know why eric can't either. truly two stray beasts in love. long live your shotgun-i mean- carhood marriage!!

more than school life it felt slife of life-y. really heartwarming. it was so lovely to see a caring teacher and such a lovely family that chitose belonged to. seno's mom never appeared but i really respected her a lot too

so cute holy shit. the little noncon events (other than the girl harassing him) were pretty well handled, quickly too. tbh this is one of the couples where i see them both as topping the other w no problem. they have such easy switch energy idk how to explain

if i could give this a 50/10 i would bc this was ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. literally two stunning and decent humans who acted like actual humans and took beautiful decisions and respected each other and took every step together and HOLY SHIT. usually you see a perfect couple in bl according to bl standards but this is a perfect couple in bl according to human standards. literally felt like looking at the relationship of two irl friends. the only other book that could invoke similar feels within me is 'my way with you' (aka the last step on the way) by up-i, and this story is basically a less traumatic version of that. oh and i also kept getting reminded of the doukyuusei boys. both stories are so refreshing, character designs were similar and the love was just so beautiful and pure and... real. completely gobsmacked by the storytelling and narration. very human and relatable, especially how one would try to be better for the other's sake but in a very humane fashion and not exaggerated like in usual bls. i'm so happy for them but also crying inside from loneliness lol. also touji is my baby he's so lovable
