really tame for a harada book. this is called "softcore" in harada's dictionary and idk if i'm proud or disappointed in myself for knowing that lmao. i'll be honest the only reason i come back to this manga is the superb absolutely superb smut and the godly voice actors of the blcd. that shit gave me back all the life points i lost reading abt this plot and characters. also i wish in an au yoru ended up with a (non-rape resorting) iori nii chan bc i really felt like they could've been a goddamn great (albeit a screw loose) pair. iori might be a yakuza but he had the potential to give yoru all the love you'd expect from a doting seme. asaichi was a dick to him for 80% of the book, i really thought pre-rape iori and yoru could've been great material especially after reading the first extra chapter of how iori met yoru. it left me wanting more. we could've gotten more of shiori and iori's past shitty life too. would've given more likability to his character. he's badass, he knows he's doing illegal shit but money and his family is priority, he is foul mouthed but also will go to great lengths for people he loves. if he wasn't a trashy side character mangled in the hands of harada i would've really loved to see him be a love rival and win. why am i ranting abt this? idk but damn i wish iori was yoru's second chance after getting all that rejection and verbal abuse from asaichi..... anyway like i said 10/10 for smut and blcd voice actors hoooooo boy were they DIVINE and fit the roles so fucking perfectly. if anybody knows more blcd's with asaichi's va as bottom and yoru's va as top plssss let me know somehow lmao

ok. when i began reading this i genuinely thought it'd be just fluff, humor and smut BUT it took a dark turn and all of ch 2 + half of ch 3 it was the dullest reading experience in a hot min for me. but well happy ending so anw.... realistically speaking the rape was just fucking unnecessary like just bc youre a virgin otaku you dont have to be a loser incel with no self control,,, giving shitty reputation to otakus, virgins and anybody w high sex drive tbh (oh talking of sex drive. those panels where taka had these scary, possesed eyes??? man i was an idiot for thinking it will lead to some BDSM awakening and something the 2 can discover together but turns out author was just putting it as a foreshadow of his rape tendencies..... wasted potential. and FOR WHAT ughhh he looked hot for a sec too, all dominant and shit but now it's creepy when put into subtext). but im glad he at least regretted and was ripping himself up over it for a while. imo hiro took him back a lil too easily but if the author was on a space crunch in the panels i cant blame them completely.... but i will blame them for putting rape in the first place. a fast paced storyline in general, starting from the beginning where these 2 literally showed eo their meat on their first day as friends anw nice portrayal of regret, i loved how they were both so blushy and desperate in the smut scenes. i prefer that over the seme being deadpan face while the uke is red and panting and sweatign and ooh nghhh ahhngh-ing. hiro is sooooooooo pretty i wish he got a better storyline and more time to show off his big pretty moobs
