A story of the virtues and gains of patience. Two guys, one a child and the other a young man, learn and grow together, over 13 years, into a beautiful an serene love. This was really a wonderful story. My only complaint is the demands of Hei's parents. How do you "prove" happiness? Why would you want your children to have YOUR happiness and abandon their own? Would his parents have asked them to "prove" their happiness if one was a woman? I doubt it.
