Tokidoki, Sekai wa Utsukushii
Niresaki Kyouju No Hirusagari No Kenkyuushitsu
Plot had great potential, but the ending and resolution to the professor's kidnapping as a child seemed rushed and slap dash. There was great build up and the cases were interesting. Frankly, it seemed like this series either went on too long for the mangaka and they became lost or bored OR the series was cut short and the mangaka had to rush to the end.
Uchi no Ko ni Narinasai
I've read this twice and still couldn't tell you what happens to the characters. Not because I can't remember, but because the story is so confusing, I had no idea what was going on. From the start, every development in this manga comes out of left field. It's like the mangaka drew scenes for plot conflicts with out the story that connects them. They are not even vignettes, they are just scenes whose only connection is the characters in them. Imagine you're watching a movie, but you can only watch 10 seconds of it every ten minutes. That's what this manga felt like.
