BF is a freak a la Sunbae from Hosik's Story. Love that he falls for the MC for the very same reason he gets picked on for: his small eyes...make him look like he is smiling all the time.

Need to re-read Think I read everything in the wrong order and some parts didn't make sense. Also, story jumps around a lot and isn't good with transitions. But good otherwise. Perceived bully was actually in love with kid he singled out, was just embarrassed or holding back and did it in a jerky way. Uke thinks he hates him but actually loves him, sees situations as much worse than what they actually are. Has smut but only in first and last chapter.
