Story's transition is not well made

Chapter 1: teacher and temporary assistant teacher who were senpai and kohai before. Chapter 2: student council was cleaning an unused room and sleeping schoolmate who keeps on staying in the unused room.

Chapters 1-2: siblings of a 3rd yr highschool, 2nd yr highschool and step sibling of 3rd yr jr.high but the 2 year gap step siblings are more closer..
