1st Part - An incoming freshmen college just enrolled as an architecture student in an isolated island searching for his missing grandpa after stopped sending blueprints(writing letters) to him, now his new roommate in a dorm knew him before they met and he was also in debt to the grandpa before the grandpa went missing but the grandson didn't know that the roommate was the one who sent the blueprint; later the roommate reveals that his grandpa's house was washed away by flood and went missing since then; so the search for the missing grandpa continues. 2nd Part(page2 onwards) - a journalist was given permission to take pictures of a prominent family house for his photo exhibit except for the famous secret garden and he was introduced to the heir of the family which was younger than him to tour him around, since the photographer was curious of the secret garden he followed the heir and accidentally discovered the secret camelia garden, since it was banned from public the photographer didn't break the rules and became closer to the heir but a greedy journalist sneak in and took few shots which reveals the heirs' trauma that caused the ban from the garden. The photographer later learned that there are many jealous and greedy journalist who harasses the heir and discovered the cause of trauma which was when the heir was still a child, he tries to stop some greedy journalist but one of them pushes him away and fell into a chirped tree which causes a scar on his neck, since then the garden was banned from public. The heir learn to trust the photographer in keeping his promise of not taking pictures and due to the stolen shots, the photographer's work was compromised that he destroyed his own photo to protect the heir from media harassment but the heir couldn't accept that to he later cuts all the flowers in the garden down and take the position as the head of the family. He made a promise with the photographer to eat with him whenever he's around the capital but one time when he did, the photographer keeps on sending him back to his manor instead, so the heir keeps on testing the photographer's sincerity/intention/will/emotion until he realized that the photographer really wanted to protect him from the greedy journalists. <3 page 83 - extra from 1st part page 84 onwards - extra from part 2

Chapter 1: teacher and older brother of a student in a secret relationship. Chapter 2: a club student wanted to monopolize the club adviser. Chapter 3: college student who asked a weird question to another then they began a strange relationship until the other one realizes that he want to monopolize the other. Chapter 4: there's a new step mother & older step brother but when the mother died the step brother was attacked by the father until the real son intervened and the step brother fell for him & he accidentally saw the incident again and made the step brother confess why he does things and realized that he wants to monopolize the older step brother. Chapter 5: a pediatrician doctor had inferiority complex towards another doctor because of the same background but more skilled in getting along with patients but doesn't know that the person he had complex with was in love with him so the other doctor helps him in secret to get along with a patient. Chapter 6: neck tie shop clerk x salaryman who was insensitive with other people's feelings regarding the things that were given to him.

Chapter 1: a chick was saved by a college student, the one who was taking care of the pet chick saw what happened and get to know the savior since then. Chapter 2: college student dumped by first gf, now the former tutor keeps hanging around the room of college student until they reveal mutual feelings. Chapter 3: waking up after getting drunk at a house of a friend since highschool and they got together after realizing he have feelings and finding out that the friend will have to transfer for work overseas, only to reveal that it's only short term business trip, not transfer overseas. Chapter 4: a office worker befriended a neighbor and one time after helping him, the neighbor realizes that the office worker can't take care of himself and decided to guide and teach him the way of life and doing chores, along the way there were some misunderstanding and there was an incident that the office worker realize he can't be left alone, but in the end they became an item. <3 Chapter 5: there was a librarian being stalked by a promiscuous student(misunderstanding on his part), and the librarian eventually realizes the feelings of the student but refuses to believe it, later he was reminded about some incident he saw (2 student in the library and doing indecent) way back and realizes that just a misunderstanding.
