Gekai No Okiniiri
Ah, love that makes you a better person! The best sort of love ^.^
Yakudate! Seishun.
I didn't really like any of the endings, but the last extra to the first story was just too heart warming, hence 4*
Kousoku Syndrome
Masumi who had been molested as a child is very conflicted with his sexual and romantic feelings towards Otomo, the ero mangaka nextdoor. I don't like that Masumi's trauma is never properly addressed or treated. Also, we don't know how old Otome is, so that throws me off a bit, even if Masumi is 18. It would have been good, even the mom ended up understanding (I'm also really glad she's getting remarried to such a nice dude), if only they had warpped up the loose ends properly. 4.4 5: Masumi's best pal Masafumi becomes caught in the web Otome's Kawasaki laid. Yet, Kawasaki himself is talling badly for him. I didn't really like this one at first, because Masafumi is such a gem of a character, and I really think few could deserve him. And Kawasaki really leaves much to be desired. But he does change his ways (amongst many other things) just for Masafumi, and it's difficult not to find that respectable. And also, just a tad, endearing. 4.2
Green Peace
1: Kawana and Kosakabe's story revolving around how Kawana is treated like a servant by Kosakabe who is annoyed by Kawana's pushy affection of the sleazy type. But it turns out Kawana has a past that lends to the darker side of his personality Thoughts: really uncomfortable read. How could you possibly be with someone who lovks you up alone in a barn over night and doesn't even properly apologise. Ugh. 2* 6: Ryou confessed to Yuusuke only to be turned down brutually. He still pretends to be friends but Ryou wan't a parting revenge for his heartache. Thoughts: I don't especially appreciate how Yuusule has treated Ryou's feelings, but at least he saw the error of his ways to some extent. 3.5* 8: Aki who tried to push away his childhood friend Sousuke, who has a trauma about being left alone now regrets how distant he's become Thoughts: glad he regretted it and tries to undo the harm. But at the same time, I am annoyed that he acts like he is owed something. Low 4*
Furete, Aishite, Dakishimete
It's nice. Semes who are willing to wait are such a rarity in yaoi. Second story sequel to ijiwaru shinaide
Junjou Escape
For the love of God, please don't force him Edit: You fucking went and did it anyway! God. That's legit horrifying. I don't care what you fucking say, he fell in love with someone who forced him. And that areshole of a best friend. Just go die. What the fuck makes him think he can take that moral high ground? Ugh. I am so, so angry. Even if he's into him now and it's not noncon anymore, I could never ever get behind this 2
Ibitsu na Boku wo Douka Aishite
Fucked up. And pretty horrifying, psychologically speaking. These rapists, I want to kill the lot of them, in all these mangas. Anyway, I can't help but hope against all hope that Todou will break free. But he won't. I know. I hate this. Wanting to be loved is not a sin. Fuck you, seme.
Kono Hoshi de Ichiban Akarui Tokoro
Seriously, first one was okay The second, I just couldn't feel the emotikns.
