Netorare 3P Kaikan Kousoku Play
You know, what? Sure. It was rushed. The relationship didn't start off right. The feelings seemed to spring from nowhere, but. BUT! The asrshole got what he had coming. And he regretted the break up. Uke got some come uppance and the new seme is actually taking care of him now. They never get back together. Sure, it could be longer, less shallow. But this is still a rare wish fulfillment yaoi
Meshiagare Ai o
Consemt issues, as always. Liked the uke's naivete, though at points it did seem a tad overdone. Seme was okay, but that one consent situation rubs me way wrong. Anyway, uke seemed to fall in love out of nowhere. And I didn't really get closure not with his rude classmate or his caring coworkers. I feel unfulfilled
Motekei Ouji no Renai Command
It's all right? Was hot here and there. Edit: I kinda liked it more this time around? Moegi isn't half bad and uke was kinda cute too, I guess. It was hot. And the relationship developed well and healthily
An Even More Beautiful Lie
Abrupt ending, but I love how Yukari was brought out of his narrow world. I hope the seme turns his life into something successful, though. The future may be bleak from the imbalance in the relationship otherwise. As it currently, is I loved it, though Yukari does react absurdly sometimes, seme is well equipped to deal. The art was magnificent! Mangas about art often hesitate to show the pieces, but this mangaka is overflowing with talent, and man, it shows!! Still needs an epilogue, though
Ai to Hanaji
1. Aoba and Mano who are trying to climb the stairway to adulthood, only to be stopped short by nosebleeds ever time. 3.9 Kinda boring, tbh. Nothing offensive, though 2. I really enjoyed this one. I think Yohei was such a sweetheart throughout and really really enjoyed his taking initiative later on. Takumi was really brave, I'm glad his artistic skills were shaped for the better because of Yohei. Overall really sweet, barely angsty story with likable characters. Could have reaaally used a smut scene, though 4.7 Overall: 4.3
Kimi ni wa Fureru to Naru Toko ga Atte
Awkward and lonely Touji becomes caught up in the whirlwind that is Itsuki and finally opens up from the solitary shell he's been in since he was a child It was very good and I enjoyed the story (or lack thereof?) and characters (especially how kind and thoughtful Itsuki was) but the intimate scenes are weird to read because they're too young. 4.6
Konna Koi ni Narunante
Kida is reserved and stoic, and doesn't really want to interact with other people. He was content living in his own lonely bubble until overly friendly Takamura comes crashing through his walls. I love the way he brought Kida out of his shell. Must have been so damn lonely, man. Takamura *is* pushy. But his heart's always in the right place and he doesn't cause any real damage so it's hard to be annoyed by that. Anyway, I love them together. They fit quite nicely ^.^ I would have liked to have seen more, though 4.7
Melt at Night
Tomo is having a hard time settling in at his work where his senpais can be a bit standoffish and his girlfriend also dumped because of his issues with sex (due to old, unaddressed trauma). While feeling down he runs into Haru, who thinks Tomo hired him as a call boy. But even with misunderstandings cleared, Haru seems willing to listen to Tomo's problems and help him out. I cannot sing enough praises to do justice to the perfection that is this manga. The characters, man. The characters! Tomo is the sweetest thing that ever sweeted. Ever! He's so considerate and gentle and just so goddamn nice?! I also love how competent he is at work. And I love that his workplace has become so much better now. Kuniharu may not think he is much, but he's the actual shit, man. He's so lovely, to carefully think about and try to solve the problems of a complete stranger. His gentleness with Tomo, his never needing to be prompted to quit that job, his overall charming self, he's earned an A* in my book. 5!
Ore ga Mitsuketa, Konbini no Koi
I wanna root for this miserable piece of work. He's a real headache, it takes one to know one. But I want him to get somewhere.
