The plot is excellent, and mc is very lovable. His good intentions and selflessness made for an enjoyable read. 5

Nokyung turned over a new leaf so fast, it's plain unrealistic. But so is dying and being given a second chance, years before you turned everything to ashes. So I guess, we'll allow it. Having said that, I love, love, love this Nokyung. Absolutely adore him. He's so brave and he's hella strong to be facing down that arsehole. I hope he makes, I really do. I really like his manager too. He's totally good people. Many other great people around Nokyung too. I'm glad he's keeping them around this time and letting go of all the people who used him before. It's good, but the emperor was really a monster, huh. It's amazing to me that their interactions in their childhood the second time around could change their lives and his personality this much. I'm glad for it, but the man really was insane. God. Anyway, I enjoyed the premise and the characters. The bit with the kid is less endearing than I had hoped. I had hoped the Emperor would come to love him. But no matter, this was still very good. 4.85

A truly unique, excellent take on the isekai-shoujo genre. Melissa is such an awesome fucking lead, oh my God. I am obsessed with her. And I couldn't ask for a better love interest than Nine for the perfection that is Melissa. Goddamn. I am genuinely so jealous of her for bagging such a kind, loyal, supportive husband. He's definitely a lot like the second mls I always root for but never get picked. This is such a rare wish-fulfillment manga, honestly! I love the people around her too. Damn. From Yuri, to Yona, to Cartena, to even Jake, eventually. I'm glad she sorted the so called male leads right out. No nonsense, no sir! But, ohhh. When she said "am I not special?" with that unholy, confident smile of hers, goodness. She got me good. She's just such a good lead, fr!! 5 Ch122. Main llot over, mostly giving background stories and pasts of other major characters, atp. Still super interesting, though.
