Lies like Lies
Probably gonna suck hard. Probably seme is the friend he left to be raped in his childhood (which, fucked up, but also, *child*) AND the serial killer. Suckage. Probably going to hate it. But I want to know, you know? Edit: No. I do not need to know. Letting this go.
Sei no Gekiyaku
Again. Rape, confinement, entitlement, psychopathic, etc., etc. Don't want. But will read because I want to see him get out and turn his life around Edit: Fucking stays with him. I guess, in the most awful, twisted way, they need each other? But I just can't take Yoden raping him. After all Makoto had veen through, this mf couldn't find a better way to instill the desire for life in him? Nah. Nah, nah, nah. He's messed up. But I really am glad Makoto gets back on his feet. 3.8
Kanchigai Tokidoki koi
1: This was nice, developed well, though tsundere ukes aren't exactly my jam. Again, the seme wasn't exactly up my street eitger, though he was certainly likable, but the plot was interesting, and the developments were well timed and interesting. 5 5: Horrible, just, horrible. The poor dude, to have to deal with this, at least he didn't rape him or touch him or anything. But the mental trauma and stress and the strain on his marriage :/ That had aboslutely no place in this manga. 2*
Shitteru Yo.
Hmmm. Lemme think. The first one really rubbed me wrong. Yuusei is so vulnerable to bullying due to being isolated because of his brother and everyone being scared of Yuusei. Sawahata trying to control who he hangs out with and manipulating him into feeling bad about making other friends was honestly so dark and I am surprised no one brought it up. 3.5 The second story too, was troubling. While Daichi was an annoying pest of an older brother in the first story, the way Jun confesses to him by jumping him randomly and kissing him, the ghosts him when he gets rejected is honestly so manipulative. This one was also problematic, but not as bad as the first. 3.7
Never Good Enough
It's so rare for such an old uke (who's been dumped, at that) to be sucb a spitfire. I'm really into that. Don't really care who he ends up with, just want to see him come out on top Edit: You know the characters are interesting enough to be memorable when you got interrupted mid-review and still remember their names hours after you read the manga. Story about Louis, who was insensitively dumped by his boyfriend of seven years and Theo, who is the younger brother of Louis's ex. Theo is a neglected child who became a brocon obsessed with copying his creeped out brother. He both hates and is curious about the mysterious Louis who so captivated his brother for so long. Louis isn't particularly happy about some stranger coming to pick at his wounds, but somehow, somehow they begin to see each other in a different light. I was quite vary, not gonna lie. But this developed quite well, and you really do end up sympathizing with poor Theo. Their dad really did a number on these kids. Loius and Theo being together never feels like a one-up or vindictive. But it's good that that's not what this is about. Really interesting read. Wishing them well. 4.9
Immoral Sex
I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have at all. Please let me forget this. I wanted the uke to get his revenge, I did. Seme gaslighted him, forced him, had someone else rape him, seme is fucking trash. But even revenge feels hollow, because uke can never get his life back. Only giving it 2.5 stars because uke got his revenge. Otherwise a 1 star story. Let me forget, please. Please. I can't.
Hypnosis Mic - Answer (Doujinshi)
Man. Sex under false pretenses, 100% He literally said he wouldn't have had sex with him if the situation was reversed. I mean, surex he's happy now, but this is still gross 2.6
Beautiful Days
The Sato story (yus!yus!yus!)
Te Wo Tsunaide, Sora Wo
Yagisawa tried to rape the uke! Rape him! The boy was underage and psychologically vulnerable! But somehow, everyone's hating on the Seme (who, yes, admittedly, is an ***hole) and the couple it self, saying stuff like "they shouldn't be happy together" and shift. Like, no, f*** you! The uke deserves to be happy!
