I am really not enjoying this. That fucker who raped him and outed him and had him banished. That piece of shit waltzing back into Yoon's life. The disgusting piece of shit!!!! And I'm definitely not rooting for Vasily, either. Yoon clearly wanted nothing to do with him. He just didn't leace him any other choice but to sbmit or die

An inspector with the police department comes to a city to find the truth behind the murder of his brother, only to become involved with the next in line for a major mafia family, and embroiled in a crime network that has it's roots in unexpected places. Interesting, certainly, but also, mafia stories are almost always difficult reads.

Euihyun hasn't had the best lot in life (try worst), so when he is left heavily in debt by his scumbag of a father, he attempts to take his own life, and tries to take his half brother with him, terrified that he will be sold into prostitution and a life of misery if he leaves him behind. Only, he gets stopped by the debt collector, Taejoo, who is adamant that he pays back his debt, in a number of ways. I hate a lot about it. It's just so fucking miserable. Honestly, just, the worst. From the staggering debt, to the rape, to the fear and the hopelessness of everything, it is just difficult to read. But. I will read. I am determined to see them at peace, dammit! 5* Ch 21

Ohhh. I hate it. I cannot be into stories where the seme does not respect the uke. Plus, the characters and the ending were just shit. 2.4

It's faced paced and action packed, as you would expect from a love story between a mafia boss (Alex) and an infamous hitman (Kanata). I did find it an interesting read, but I am also sad that, they'll never truly be at peace. But maybe not everyone needs that. Anyway, the ending left much to be desired. I wish we could see more of them together, without Kanata trying to murder Alex every 10 minutes. And maybe some follow-up about Kanata's family would have been nice too. 4.44
