Ryo fucks his frustrating yet strangely endearing supervisor one drunken night, and it becomes a thing. Little consent was involved at first. But Tokura warms up to him, in more ways than one. Hmm... so much to unpack here. First and foremost, this is one of the few yaois that make you feel like you're living the story, meticulously drawing the readers into the details of the plot, the backgrounds and back stories. Second, consent is important, guys, come the fuck on. Third, love the way their relationship evolved, loved their dynamics, very very hot juxtapositions of, er, positions. Hot sex scenes, overall. And I'm glad Tokura grew so much as a person, over the years. I would not have liked him then. One thing I did not like was how Shouno was determined to hate Tokura. You have to be reasonable, man. Still, enjoyed it a lot. The uke being so well respected by his staff (not counting Shouno) and the way the mangaka kept introducing twists with the makeup definitely gave this an endge over other office romance yaois. But it should have been a little longer. The wrap up was great, but I still need filler fluff episodes. 5

Yanagi is a plain faced simple guy who dyed his hair for his university debut, with little impact. Igarashi is his popular and unpredictable senpai at work, who offers to pierce his ears to give Yanagi and edgier look. This was so surprising. The uke has an actual backbone and requires the seme to do some serious groveling. Seme reaaally improves later on and he's so damn into him, that it's honestly hard to hate that kinda intense sincerity. I really, thoroughly enjoyed it. And the sex was off the charts hot. Absolutely 5*
