This mangaka's art is so on point. The dubcon throws me more than a little off, ngl. It was all right overall, and I do think stubborn types like Ruca need pushy people like Leo. Just maybe not too pushy with the sex, eh? Didn't like Kuma at all, though. What a selfish prick, glad Leo made it in time to stop him. Also wish they'd switched even if only once? That would have taken all my concerns away 4.44

Reiji only really gets satisfied after he sees his partner pee. Fucking his partner so hard that they pee is even better. His latest target becomes Aya, the strict owner at the host club where here works. Ugh. That one kink that's burried so deep, I only imagine it when I'm especially desperate. Don't even look for it in porn, so this really hit me. Also, it was surprising how Aya genuinely seemed to have no idea he was being set up these things usually don't go that way. It's good that Reiji was able to get hard without the watersports later on. Aya was enough to get him going XD Enjoyed Aya's backstory too. His benefactor isn't half bad and I wouldn't mind seeing his story, tbh. 5

Ichirou is in debt, managing the diner his dad left behind. His relationship with the hosts who frequent his place at dawn, especially their leader Seiichi, evolves, as the days pass by. Whoa. This is genuinely so lovely. I really, really like Seiichi a lot, he's so kind and respectful and goddamn generous. How he handled the ex, I wish people in other yaois had the same sharp reflexes and wits. And Ichirou is such a hard worker, even saw the error in his thinking and made an effort to change the way he sees hosts. Seiichi also seemed to have a good support system, would have been nice to have read more about the friends and that owner. Most of all, just wish this was longer and more detailed. 5, easy 5

Okay, just, first of all. Stories like these are why I got into yaoi in the first place!! The angst, the uncertainty, the passion, the intricate backstories. I'm here for it, yer hear?! 1: Jin, a chef who works at a yakuza dude's café, picks up the desolate Leo off the streets and gives him a place in his home. Leo is a host who ran away from home and gets mixed up in some awful shit. I love their dynamic, love stories where someone is picked up off the streets and given a second chance, in general. The way the man busted in to save him, dang. Totally rooting for them. 2: About Kaname, who was possibly forced to have sex and work in some kinda drug trafficking nightclub, and was saved by the boss of a rival club, who came to bust the place (he doesn't allow drug deals on his turf). The boss is so hooooot. And just, the angst and them finally getting together was SO yummmmyyy. ~Aahh. I'm full! 5*, easy peasy My only complaint is, they need to have fleshed these out. 10 chapters each would have been amazing. But even 5 each would have been great.

Both were good stories. Both 5 star. I love that they are connected. The reencounter element and childhood love element were lovely together in both. I do prefer the first one, with the virgin, but both were good. My only complaint is that both stories wasted years on angst

Whew. That is not a superpower I would wish on anyone. Tooru is a host who came to Tokyo and became a host to get away from his hometown, where he is disliked and isolated because of his power. There, a chance encounter brings into his life one his favourite models, Mizuki, who is more than meets the eye, in more ways than one. Many, many things to enjoy about this one. I really like how deeply and quickly Mizuki fell for him. I like that Mizuki was willing to fight the world to be with him. That he did not pressure or even ask Tooru to stop working as a host. I love that Tooru loved him enough to quit, anyway. I love how much weight they put on being independent and practicing safe, consensual sex. Tooru's friends were awesome, too. The public and paparazzi, not so much. But that's reality for you. Wish we could have one more volume, though. That wasn't enough of a resolution for me. 4.95
