Farming for Love
Loved it. That epilogue line was SO on point, this is indeed, a story about good people finding the love of their lives. Burnt out and heartbroken Hyeong-woo decides to temporarily move out to the boonies to get his mind off things (and help him with his ever-unsuccesful attempt to quit smoking). Hyeon-woo finds himself entangled with the sweet and innocent Do-won who seems determined to befriend him. Hyeon-woo is a little jaded, sure, but he's also a really good person who cares about other people in a way that's so simple and honest. And Do-won is such a sweetheart and, just such a genuinely nice guy. He's so strong, despite his lot in life. The way they care about each other is also a huge draw. It's the most wholesome thing ever. When Hyeon-woo gave his ex a piece of his mind over that incident, it pretty much cemented this pair for me, forever. They'll definitely grow old together. Plus, the narration style is quite unique, too. It was refreshing. As for the ex, while I really disliked him, I wouldn't mind reading his story and seeing a redemption arc. Edit : Even though the ex is such an arse, that doesn't mean I wanted to read about him getting raped, wtf?? 5/5 Ch 25
