Seishun Girigiri Outline
Uke tells the baseball baka seme (who's been directing some intense stares his way before finally confessing) that he's definitely not gay and not interested. Already tsunderely contradicts himself halfway through chapter. Cute and makes my heart stutter. But internalised homophobia might create future problems Edit: It was okay, but also a little frustrating 4
Kono Inu wa Mada Amai Doku o Shiranai

Chap 1: This one's about two uni students famous around the campus for their looks and stuff; Kitagawa is an airhead who comes across as mysterious, intelligent (which he is, but in a book-smart sort of way) and aloof and Shouki is a handsome, outgoing and all-around popular guy. Shouki asks Kitagawa out and they start dating while Kitagawa who's been in love with Shouki for a while tries his best to hide his clumsy, airheaded nature because he thinks Shouki will hate that part of him. But what if Shouki knew all along? 4.5 Chap 2: Now *this* is a hot one! The art and positions, that is. Childhood friends finally get together. Baseballer seme, really possessive, and uke in denial. The uke was all over the place, blowing hot then cold. The baseballer has his hands full. Story was so-so but art was so good! Chap 4: About Ayumu and his shitty playboy childhood friend Suou, whom he is in love with. Suou is kinda mean and unreasonable, kissing him, then saying it's not possible, then getting jealous and accusing Ayumu of playing around, and attacking him in the library. Not a a great story in a collection of stories that are already questionable. 3 Chap 5: The one with the mean vice president of the student council and the guys who fall in love with the dude who picked him and gave him a handkerchief when he fell. It was shallow, he didn't even know who he was in love with. It was kinda stupid. 3.5 Overall : 3.875
Immoral Sandwich
Um. Hate? Fucking bit him without his consent. Raped him, prevented him from taking his meds. I hate it. Hate. It. The uke had so much ahead of him. And he still does, but he is also now invariably tied to them. And he doesn't seem to hate that, which just makes me madder. Get angry, uke!!!
Replay (Tsukahara saki)
After resigning from the baseball team in their third year, Yuta and Ritsu who have always been a part of the team find themselves drifting apart. Rather, to Yuta it seems that Ritsu is deliberately avoiding him. Yet, the truth may be something else entirely. I liked it. It's so simple. There are no annoying side characters. Imagine the arsehole potential Shima has in a yaoi like this. But no. He was just a good guy. And so was coach. Which was good, because that would have been tear-jerkingly boring and predictable. They worried a bit about drifting apart, a little bit more about the reception of their feelings and then just a little bit more about being together after their confession. It was light and easy. I did find Ritsu to be a bit standoffish at times, but I think that's just how he comes across with his poker face. Overall, not bad. 4.5
