Pearl Boy
You know what. I thought I was ready, but I was wrong. I can't read this without an ending. It's just too damn awful. Ch 28

The Time of the Terminally Ill Extra
It's very quizilla-esque. Running away from your family who always treated you badly, and living with your estranged fiancé who turns out to be a gruff but gentle guy. Very typical, base plot, but with interesting world building. Pure wish fulfilment. I really am enjoying the story so far, but with the tragedy tag, I'm fairly sure she'll die, so bracing myself for that, as well Ch 39
The Villain's Savior
This is just a pure, wish-fulfillment manhwa. And I enjoyed every last bit of it! When an ordinary Korean high schooler wakes up as Ellzay, the non-existent twin sister of the main character Elissa from a novel she read, she finds herself scrambling to save Aseph, the tragic villain she has always felt particularly strongly for. But when memories and emotions heighten with each meeting, Zay realises there might be more to this than just the cliché of waking up as an unfamiliar character in a familiar fantasy setting. I absolutely, ABSOLUTELY adore this! First of all, I love Ellzay. She's so sweet and kind and strong in a way that's not all guns blazing, swords out, but strong, all the same. I love her relationship with her family and I love how much her dad and Elissa, her twin, care for her. Secondly, I am a huge sucker for soulmate stories! Aseph sure as heck is lucky he had such a dedicated mate! But after everything he's been through, he's earned the love, too. I truly do believe he was not beyond saving, despite everything. If that makes me morally gray, I can live with that. I also love that the twin and the prince get their happy ending too. Sure, it's all a bit too sanitary, too neatly wrapped up. Too convenient. But we need those kinds of stories too, sometimes. Not everything has to be a struggle. I enjoyed this thoroughly. 5/5
