Kimi wa Hiniku na KiraKira Boshi
Eien Shika Hoshikunai
The reviews looked to be a mixed bag but personally? I enjoyed it. It was basic, but nice. There were clear line Eien wasn't willing to cross, there were feelings and there was consent, and a lot of relationship development and even character development, they didn't just jump into bed together in the 1st chapter (I don't hate those either not necessarily, bit this was just refreshing). My only regret, really is that the ex never got his just desserts. Acting all casual while knowing he broke the poor guys heart a hundred times over. Sawa was also a really emotionally strong character with good work ethic and I just enjoy MCs like him. Their loyalty to each other was also really nice to see. I am alittle worried about Eien juggling modelling and running a company, though 4.5
Usakikun no makura
3.7 Fun and smutty. I don't see ANY issues. Hot too. Enjoyed it.
On Camera, I’m a Woman
Porn director (Kyoichi) for crossdressing porn find his ideal in a crying straight dude (Nao) who just got dumped. While his initial goal was to get him to star in a porno, his feelings change soon with the endearing uke's charms. It's cute and all. But the trivialization of that assault situation, Kyoichi even apologised, like, what the fuck?! There's not a single fucking thing that the two of them did in that situation that they should apologise for!!! Kyoichi was insincere, but he did redeem himself. That scene though, why the fuck do they think they have the moral high ground after trying to bloody rape someone and get it on camera, what the fuck??!? 3.8
First Come, First Served
Koki is a bottom with abandonment issues who only sleeps with virgins. His one night stand with Masumi, a gentle guy who just got dumped, was supposed to be a one time thing. But Masumi turns out to be eaxctly what Koki needed. I actually really enjoyed Koki's personality he more honest, and less shallow than other characters that fit this mould, I also really loved how Masumi was helpless and held his ground and pushed for his needs. 5 5: Random oneshot about childhood friends who are secretly in love with each other and a brief misunderstanding that happens before they get together. Overall, it was okay. No troubling elements, but also boring and forgettable. The overprotective brother was a nice touch, though. 4.2 Overall: 4.6
Bad Prince Honey Party
Actors, one younger but naturally talented, the other a senpai, but not popular. The senpai has to sleep with execs tk keep the roles coming, the kouhai finds out and puts a stop to it. It was pretty sweet and I really enjoyed overall but need to read a future in which the uke succeeds as an actor. Three friends who develop their relationship into a threesome effortlessly. I can't believe I am saying this, but... this might actually top Choberryba! It is such a good threesome, so unbelievably hot and so healthy!!
Hoshoku Taishou Hinadori-kun
Hinata's always been in love with his childhood friend Hakuba, who already has a super cute and tiny boyfriend, the exact opposite of Hina. Takaomi, the leader of Hina's boy group finds out about his unrequited love. Lackluster and disappointing ending to a plot with potential. Plus, the way he never even found out about Hina's love... where's the closure, bruh?? 4.4 Edit: Oh! It was falsely labelled as completed. And it's super interesting??
Monokuro Limit
Rui was given an extremely human like android, whom he named Kuro. They fall in love and Kuro disappears when the time limit of 3 months is up. Elsewhere, Madhiro, who is the spitting image of Kuro, gets and andriod who looks exactly like Rui. I kind of... hate it? You can't just be like "There were androids that looked like them. Then they disappeared. Then the humans met each other. And they lived happily ever after"?? WTF?? If I had to guess, I suppose the android versions are the app's approximation of real people who would be the perfect lover for the app owner? But all we can do is guess because the mangaka gave us nothing :/ 2.6
Lack of Love
Hajin is reunited with his first love, Hangyum, who is now an idol. Hangyum seems to be pretending not to know him, while later on suggesting that Hajin really went to school with his twin brother. Hajin's ex (Jaehee) and all sorts of convoluted plot points and misunderstandings keep things muddied up for a while. Hmm. About this one. All of the misunderstandings were not addressed. I hate loose ends like those. Jaehee, though, what a real arsehole. I'm so glad Sohyun is such a smart and compassionate woman. Good going on Hajin's sister's part, as well. There really needs to be better addressing of all the plot points, though. This was such an unsatisfactory ending :/ 4.4
