Kinda cute, ngl. Problematic bits were problematic, but enjoyed overall. Started out as your standard ED fic, where Hachi can only get hard with Mine, for some absurd reason (Mine's so adorable and you kind feel that urge to ruin that pure freshly fallen snow just a bit. I guess I get it, a little). But evolved into a really sweet relationship, with mutual respect. Kinda surprised by the amount of character growth, for such a short fic based on such a porny premise. When Hachi said "I'm not just going to ask you to sleep with me right away, just because we confirmed our feelings", that sealed the 5* for me.

Shion's goal is to get a boyfriend by joining extracurriculars. While he finds out that he is apparently brilliant at hockey and baseball, he strikes out on the boyfriend front. Until finally, he comes across the drama club, a haven of hotties. Ahh. My competence kink! Shion is the rare competent uke, smart and brilliant. I really liked him. I liked his friend Kirito, too I think their falling out and reconciliation was kinda inevitable in that situation and they both handled it well. Rei senpai is not my favourite, but Shion is a really good influence on him. I love how his friends have no faith in him and immediately warn Shion off of him Overall, I liked the flow and the characters a LOT. 4.9

Rivalry turned to love at between the film clubs dashing president and diligent second year filmmaker. It's really sweet and very much follows the storyline of old-school boarding home yaois, with the film twist added for distinction. I really liked everything in this series. This one's a bit too cinematic, but some have to be, no? 4.8
