Unmei no Kisu wa Oazuke
Arima changed his dickhead ways in one meeting? Seems kinda far fetched, but I there's no denying he becomes one of the best alpha semes in terms of respecting body autonomy and even respecting him working as an escort, despite them becoming a pair. I'm sure Nanao definitely doesn't sleep with anyone else anymore, since it wasn't that kind of host club, to begin with. Anyway, it was good and Nano was pretty cute. Though definitely not as precious as Aikawa's Nanao
Kimi no Yume o Mite Iru
The lonely Yui who is estranged from his family meets Amemori, who claims to have dreamt of Yui his whole life. There's another, that's less SciFi and more supernatural fantasy that has a similar deus ex machina. I love both. Amemori, the old one, is absolutely lovely, he's so gentle and caring and confident and just truly my ideal in every way. The financial analyst amemori could grow on me, for sure. He's so perceptive and sought Yui out so quickly. Yui is such a wonderful character, so brave and selfless. I wish them 200 happy years together ^.^ 5*? I say 10*!!
Kiss wa Tsugai ni Hizamazuku
Interesting. But I'm also worried. Seme thinks he's found his fated mate. But uke's someone who sells his body and thinks nothing of alphas. Plus, he says he didn't feel a damn thing...
Will a Guy Who Likes Cats Fall in Love with a Guy with Cat Eyes?
Obviously, the best thing about them was consent. Not that that should be something to praise someone about; that should be the bare minimum. But the balatant way in which consent was given each and every time, there's NO WAY the mangaka wasn't trying to make a point. Having said that, the plots lacked oomph, mostly because each story was so short. 1: Zenya, who misses his childhood home filled with furry little animals, and his fated pair Takeru, whose bloodline carries traces of cat demons. I liked it, thought it was nice, if a little boring. Enjoyed the heat scene, wish Zenya had teased him more. That was yummy. 4.4 4: Ren, an up and coming VJ, and Soichirou, his sound guy. It was hot, I really liked how confident Ren was and how he pushed Soichirou out of his comfort zone in all the right ways. The sex scene was nosebleed level hot. They are really good together 4.7 6: Ryousuke, an indie band's bassist, reunites with Keita, bassist turned manager, who was Ryo's inspiration to go pro years back. Only, Ryo doesn't realise who he is at first. This was sweet, hot, a huge cliché and generally, just light, fun and enjoyable. 4.4 Overall: light interesting stories, two of them interconnected. 4.5
Yokujou (IWAMOTO Kaoru)
Hayato, young master of a yakuza/ werewolf clan finds his mate in a brute who kidnapped him. Feels rushed and shallow Edit: It *is* shallow, but it's also okay. It's frustrating that Hayato should fall for someone who kidnapped him and treated him so carelessly. But he does come around. He does get better. I still don't like it much, though. 4
Ore no Tsugai ha Thoroughbread Omega
Leo, who is a bit prejudiced about omegas and his fellowsecond generation stars, gets all his preconceptions destroyed by Eito. It was really good. Not as mushy as the other one with actors and celebs coming out as omegas. But still nice. Most of all, I love how Leo respected Eight's decision to go up there alone. 4.7
