Koe No Katachi
Ishida and his classmates bullied Nishimiya, who had hearing impairment. This happened throughout elementary school until she had to move away. Ishida was bullied in turn when the truth came out about why Nishimiya stopped attending school and everyone shifted the blame on Ishida. They are reunited five years later, will Ishida be given a second chance to redeem himself? Thoughts: It's good story, but the characters are far from likable. Quirks and faults make you human, true, and I don't expect characters to be perfect. But a lot of the characters here are still very hateful and fake. And though I am trying to like Ishida better, the fact that he was very young at the time, still isn't enough. Though, I do not hate him anymore, at least. Furthermore, he is the only one who shows any remorse for his actions.

This was incredible. From Soohwa, who has ambitions and some real balls unlike typical yaoi ukes (even tries to alert other people to how he's in bad situation, unlike what usually happens in yaoi), to the strong and yet gentle Yohan and amazing supporting characters like secretly softhearted Gyoon and precious little Jihye and even Hyunhoo. And, well, the frequency and intensity of sex emphatically does not hurt. This kink was hoooot. The sex was one of the hottest I've ever seen Ps: Hottest scenes in 36 and 65 Edit: I was really looking forward to a shy, tsundere Gyoon bottoming and driving Jihye mad. And I thought Jihye was radiating mad top energy. Pretty disappointed, tbh

A moving piece about a self taught violinist from a small island who can't really read sheet music (and is ostracised for it) and the deaf man who lends him the strength to keep trying to convey the sound of his music to others. It was pure and heartfelt, and while it focussed on the the juxtaposition of one of them being deaf and one of them being a musician who isn't readily able to consider how his music sounds to those listening on the other side, it doesn't take that angle too far. Keeps it sincere, doesn't make it tacky. 4.8
