Loved it! One of the few love stories that was geniunely real. It grew naturally not some fake ass forced yaoi like most cliches. Reno X Roger are goals as a couple. Plus they were some big babies sometimes; never seen two boys cry that much. It was adorable

I did enjoy the read of Jaehan and Heegyeom but I found myself pretty turned off by Jaehan as a character most times. He was beyond brutal and honestly down right cruel to most people around him even Heegyeom: like his relationship with Taewoon is honestly sad; that man obviously just wants what's best for him but all he ever did was beat the bricks off him at times or just yell at him. And the whole scheme he did that destroyed Heegyeoms acting career was so juvenile and stupid. He also sent that man to jail cause he figured out he not only was gay but liked him. Like what

I found myself wanting a longer story for Boris and Seyun. The encapsulation of self harm, trauma, sex work, and rape is done well. I knew immediately why I loved Seyun, the idea of emotionally hating yourself before others can is a perfect mimic of victims of trauma. If I hate me first no one can hurt me more. I am not a fan of Michael walking around freely though. The man and his psycho "friend" just causally kidnapping Seyun again just to rape him and try to break him all over again really had my eye twitching. I wanted Boris to come swinging with a bat. I also loved the ending monologue to Tracy from Seyun as a thank you *chefs kiss*. Also the artist really needs to be hugged for giving a beautiful color cast representation of young black folks. It made me so excited to see them as characters as a black women myself!!

It was a comforting read. I enjoyed my time with Yeowoon/Ed and Glenn/Creed. It was a sweet ride into the relationship and the sex scenes felt...real honestly. Something about the way the looked at one another felt real. The only thing that sucked was Chang Liu, I hated that instead of finally maturing and just admitting his feelings for Yeowoon like a good man, he resorted to SA him. Like ugh...such a stain of what could have been a bittersweet ending to his one sided affection. Like his grandmother being cruel to him sucked but for him to do that to the only person by his side showed how cruel he really is. Other then that, it was a enjoyable read!

I found myself very compelled by Kang Moo and Kirin. I am actually shocked we got such a sweet ending then it could have been, sure that last panel was the bittersweet part of it that Kang Moo is losing himself to his desire to kill but it's beautifully written that he sticks by Kirin for his own choice. He can easily just leave but the fact he leaves the door open for Kirin to go instead shows he's not trying to be the one to part from him. There's a twisted part of him that enjoys having Kirin around even if for a fleeting moment. And for Kirin to stay instead of just washing away this man that will slowly eat away at him is poetic. He reached out to this man (even if Kang Moo opened the door) and he is choosing to stay by him...just poetic

I fucking love Dooshik and Jooha; Dooshik is literally a breath of fresh air man! To have man love you unconditionally without set backs has to make your jump. Before he even loved Jooha he knew he deserved love and protection and I adore never once did the author try and make it seem like he was truly in it for the pearls, it was always just Jooha and I commend her for that Ever character was great to read even fuck Pilwon though he and the twins made me sick. They were all a perfect sense of twisted and destruction put together. I could absolutely read this again and again!

I'm giving this a four out five because the one thing I wished that was fixed through out the whole story was Kyujin respected Chiwoos boundaries better. I felt he often asserted the Kyujin stop doing things the way he did and he was insistently do the opposite. I kind of worked me at some point but obviously that's my only pep peeve. JiHyun...well he's a son of bitch and he truly takes after their father. I'm the type of person that holds people with trauma to a certain criteria because as much I understand the having abusive parents can be horrible and JiHyun deserved better there, he absolutely gets even less respect from me because of what he did to his ONLY best friend. He knew he was putting Chiwoo into a box like a damn toy and it hurt to see he much he manipulated the way he kept dancing around his actions. He does not deserve better and his best better he could be is just living quietly and humbled until maybe some will pick him off the ground.
