Wtf i don't know how to rate this. This is psychological and quite nerve wrecking. I'll refer as the only 2 guys doing it (not the narrator) as seme and uke. A very long relationship starting from 1st year of high school. I really love their relationship. It's mostly very very sweet all the time but we did encounter some issues bug it got resolved because the uke is the absolute best. They're both very mature in relationship. And they did it A LOT!
