Daiji ni Suru Kara Tabete Ii

Straightforward cute and simple, though I do feel like they fell in love a lil to quick and on an unstable basis buuuuuuuuuuut still sweet nonetheless. Love the communication and consent shared.

Avant-garde to Stalker

Ongoing | Bov,bov | 2020 released

Personally, I think that this was very adorable. Daiya having the personality that he has and the lack of self awareness was quite charming—and Eisaku’s rationality was *chefs kiss*. This was not a serious manga, but there were some noteworthy dialogue in there— I especially liked how eisaku viewed Daiya’s way of expressing himself, hell, it made me realise some things too. The art was great and the humour was humouring…amazing!

Inu mo Arukeba Koi ga Hajimaru

Complete | Hakase | 2021 released

Didn’t really realise until Matsuda outright said it that he liked Pometani back. The art and the characters personalities are so well done. Love how Pometani is a lil pervert that runs away from his problems via Pom Pom form. I also love matsudas level headed personality — it’s so attractive, especially after we learn that he’s actually really serious abt Pometani and that a whole misunderstanding happened because he didn’t explain himself well. The storyline was meh, some scenes were done impeccably with the domesticity of it all. Personally, I enjoyed the intimacy they had before they actually defined the relationship, cuz it seems that skinship they had didn’t always lead to something sexual. I wish we could get more on how the families reacted to their coupling, and like, Matsuda has parents, but why weren’t they ever seen or mentioned afterwards? I wanna see their future too lolol. All in all, this wasn’t a story meant to be taken seriously, but like, a dude has his wishes right? I wanna see em navigate adulthood. LET ME ADD — I just got the chile topography joke and oh my gosh this author is so fucking funny for what? Lololol. Let me say sumn abt the smut scenes too, I love how Sora was such a horndog and how Matsuda reacted to his ways in turn, it’s so real lol. Matsuda just let him act how he is w/o immediately pouncing him and then got to work, that’s so . The art is so cozy comfy and horny hellllll

I really like the storyline and how they came to dating each other and progressing their relationship. Asuka’s character is really well developed and he’s such a cute, well mannered, and morally sound man (haven’t seen that in a while). Ao is a bit lukewarm to me..not saying that he is pathetic, feeble, or anything as a character, but I feel like there could’ve been more work done on fully fleshing out his likes and character, cuz we only knew he wasn’t a typical weak willed, whiny, virgin until the extra. Also the fact that the other gang got off w just a talk, all the while they almost RAPED Ao and stood for human trafficking??? Uhhhh that peeved me. Anywho there were select scenes I really liked — like how the community valued Asuka, his cousin and their interactions, and also the tender, awkward, intimate sex scene. A cute read overall. Ps. This was one of the few mangas where I couldn’t get myself to fully enjoy or get engrossed in the intimate scene cuz it felt so wrong lol..like I watched them grew up and be all sweet
